incredibly smooth, quick with clear communication on part of the company and very efficient. Email as well as text reminders made it easy to stay on top of the application.
It was a very easy and simple interview process. I did a virtual interview where I was able to record myself answering the given questions. The software that the interview was on had no issues with connection and was easy to navigate.

I applied online. A few days later, I was called for an interview. Typical customer service questions and personality questions were asked. There were 2 interviews. The first was with the department manager. The next was with the security manager. After the interviews, I signed a conditional contract. The whole process took a little over an hour.
