I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Target in May 2015
Interview
Applied online in February, just had the interview today, three months later.
Interview was your basic personality questions. Felt very quick and rushed. Interviewer looked exactly like Jonah Hill. Got a bad vibe .
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
