Went up to the customer service desk and stated I was here for an interview. I was told to do a brief introduction test of sorts on a computer- basic mathematical and situation questions. After that, I was directed to the other side of the store to the 'nerve center', where I was met with another nice lady who put me in what seemed to be a conference room of some sort to watch a general video about working at target. I got a pen and a post-it to takes notes, so you should probably provide your own, even though the video was, like, 10 mins max. The one thing here, was that she told me to see her before I leave, no matter what happens.
Eventually, I was me and two other people that waited until someone from the appropriate department came to whisk us away to the actual interview. Interview questions were typical behavioral questions (tell me about a time... or tell me about someone...) with some questions about past experience. After that, you get to ask questions, but pay and benefits are handled by HR, so I didn't get any info there.
After that, I went back into the waiting room until the first lady (no, not Michelle Obama) came back to bring me back to the front to do some post-interview stuff, such as verifying work availability, home address, etc.
Then, I went home.
