There were 3 interviews in total. Almost all situational based questions. Make sure you have examples and situations that you can talk about from past jobs. Interviews were about an hour long.

Great overall interview I was basically asked my visual merchandising experience and how can I be an asset to the store. The interview went very smooth. I would say apply at Target a lot of great opportunities
I received a call inviting me in for the first in person interview. It was an individual one on one; followed by another one on one, second in person interview.

I've only completed the first step which was a recorded interview. I believe I am supposed to have additional interviews after that. It's been a seamless and stress-free interview process so far.
