I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (West Des Moines, IA) in Jul 2010
Interview
I put the application in online. When I arrived back in town 2 weeks later, I had contacted them about my application status. I finally had been transferred to the human resource personnel who had then told me to come in for a interview the following day. When I came in the next day for my interview they sent me upstairs to get interviewed by one of the management staff. They asked things like when did I have to work as a team with another co-worker to complete a particular task. And how we were able to work together to complete it. After the interview with him he then sent in another manager to do the same interview with the same questions. Since the hiring anager was on vacation at that time they told me that she would contact me shortly to offer me a position. Needles to say I got an email a month later denying me the position at that time.
