I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Carmel, IN)
Interview
It was fairly low stress. They first have you fill out a questionnaire on their website(or you can do it in store). They were pretty basic questions about situations. It took some time to finish, about 30 minutes or so. Then they contact you within a week or so for an in person interview which was also pretty basic. If you make it past all of that, you take a drug test and if you pass that you're given the job.
It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
Standard process, STAR method is good to use in interviews like this. Wear nice clothing not too dressed up not too formal and be friendly. Positive environment not super high pressure

I applied online. I interviewed at Target (Miramar, FL) in Jun 2026
Interview
I answered 5 recorded interview questions and 1 Q&A. You get 2-3 mins to answer the 5 questions, and the Q&A has no time limit, it was surprisingly easy to prepare myself for.
