I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Target in Feb 2015
Interview
I uploaded my resume online through their website. They contacted me by phone 2 weeks later and asked me a couple common questions. They then set me up with an in person interview. This interview included a bunch of questions about different situations, an overview of the job position and any questions you may have. I was later called back for a second interview, where I watched a video about Targets Goals and Standard Opperations. The video doesn't cover AP. After watching the video and answering a few more questions from one of the managers, I was called later that week with a job offer.

Target does a great job during the interview process. They were great with providing me a list of questions they could ask before the interview started so I had time to prepare. They also list things you should hit on with those questions they ask you.
