Applied online and completed an online video interview where you recorded yourself answering questions. You had three retakes before you had to submit the final version. After I got a call with minimal questions and offered the job.
I was interviewed by the Team Lead and he asked very situational questions- like what would you do if questions, asked about the resume that I submitted, and asked me to elaborate on why I'm a good fit for the job.

Very formal. Asked my strengths and weaknesses which was very in depth. They asked my why I wanted to work there and what i could contribute to the team. Make sure you come prepared with answers about yourself and why you want to work there
