Interview
Easy and personable. Followed questions but easy to talk to. Asked questions about previous roles and how I overcame challenges from these roles, disagreements with authorities, and other guiding questions as such.

How have you overcome a disagreement with someone in an authority position?
Requires one to think deeply about forecasting, allocation and replenishment. Questions can vary starting from current experience, supply chain and Inventory Management concepts etc. Good to have 3-4 years of exp
Phone screen initially with an HR recruiter and then a second interview with an Inventory manager that had a set of four questions that were all "tell me about a time".

Asked specifically about time when I was able to use data to solve a problem. They are looking for very specific format of how you respond, the STAR method.
It was good very smooth as I had in campus process. The interviewer was very much experienced and patient with all of us. Overall a good experience. They conducted 3 rounds of interview in total after aptitude.
