Interview
Applied in store. 2-3 weeks later received call for phone interview. The following week had 2nd interview (in store).

Question 1
Nothing too difficult. (e.g. Describe a situation where to perform a task as part of a team? Describe a situation where you had to multi-task and how did you handle it?)
Pretty simple process. Went in and interviewed with the Team Lead, most questions were behavioral in nature. Ended up just chatting for a bit and I was offered the job on the spot, then was sent to talk to the Supervising Lead who verified a couple aspects of my application.
It was easy. Pretty straightforward. For a team member, I would not expect more which is actually a really good thing. The manager was nice as well and made the process easy.

Interview
Phone interview, and orientation right after. Not much else at the time. Scheduled for orientation with a few other people. After orientation, a drug screening scheduled, and was called back about a week or so afterwards to start work.
