was called in by hr for an interview with the store manager and the sales floor manager. didnt wait too long to be directed to the interview. was not aware it was for a manager role until they stated it as we went through the job description. what was posted on indeed had no clear indicators it was for a manager role but i had the background so i didn’t complain. General managerial questions and tests of how much i understood visuals. We toured the store and I was asked to identify specific visual points throughout the store. back to the office and first interview over. maybe a week later received a call for a second interview with the district. Meet with them and went straight to the sales floor, pretty much the same thing as the first interview but only like 3 questions total. back to the office and was told to wait for the SM. Was offered the position that day.

Great overall interview I was basically asked my visual merchandising experience and how can I be an asset to the store. The interview went very smooth. I would say apply at Target a lot of great opportunities
