I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Target
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter from a referral. I was referred and it took about two weeks for them to contact me and schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was basic where the recruiter told me about the position and asked me to tell about myself. After this interview, I was scheduled to have a second phone interview with another HR rep and the initial recruiter. The other HR rep could not make it so it was the initial phone interviewer who conducted the interview. After that it took about 3 weeks for them to contact me and schedule an in person interview. From there a fourth interview with a DTL and then a fifth interview with whoever is over the DTL. So it was a 5 interview process that took about 3 months .

It was a two step interview process. Personable and you are able to interview with not only your direct managers but theirs as well. Provides transparency into your new team. My interview was virtual because I was moving to the area, but I'm sure they do in person for local folks.
