the hiring process was simply and very inviting as well as exciting. During the interview process they ask you the standard, what would you do or how would you respond sorts of questions. When you are applying to be a seasonal team member, most of the times when you are invited for an interview, you have got the job.

If a guest became outwardly impatient, how would you handle the situation?
The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.
It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.

How to handle certain situations that would happen in the real world revolving around a customer.
This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!
