Interview
It started with an online application typical of many retail stores nowadays. A week later I was called but missed it. I was not left a message regarding purpose for the call so I had to call back and found out that I had the chance for an interview. On the set date i went to the store and had my first interview asking basic questions about times I've solved problems or had multiple tasks to do. Twenty minutes later I had a second highly identical interview with another manager. After another 20 minutes I was called into the HR managers office and given an offer of 8.25 hourly. However they still needed to do a background check and I needed to take a drug test at a specified clinic, the drug test was free of course. I had to wait four weeks until they got the results of other applicants.

Interview
It was an online interview, and I didn't meet anyone face-to-face. So, it was a little awkward to act like myself when I was just looking at a screen rather than actually speaking to a person.

"Tell me about a time you worked as part of a team to complete a goal."
They give you questions virtually, then time to prepare a response. You don't actually have an interview with a person, your answers to the questions are recorded. A manager will then review your answers and then proceed from there.

You notice a guest needs help on the sales floor, but you're in the middle of a task. What do you do?
I applied for the position online, and was called for an interview a few days later. I had interview with a team lead and then an exec team lead. Very straightforward and simple experience overall.
