I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Target in May 2012
Interview
It consisted of repetitive behaviorlal questions. The first interview went well at the campus career center and interviewers offered alot of good feedback. The second interview after an online assessment was more disorganized. It was rescheduled and then one of the interviewers I had was texting and putting away his things because he had just rushed in.
