I applied through university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Target (Elmhurst, NY) in Mar 2017
Interview
fast, could have gone better, the days waiting were pretty short, didn't have to do many phone calls, while other place required maybe 9-10 interviews. The interviewing process was polite short and didn't include too many questions
Short, quick, personable and exciting so you can't gauge how they feel. That said, very easy and fast process, does not require much preparation, just make sure you can pitch yourself well.
There was a total of three rounds. First was phone screening with recruiter, second was with a manager and third was with a panel of mangers at the distribution center.
