Multiple interviews. The questions were all situational so be prepared to talk about past experiences, how you've overcome your opportunities etc. Be ready to interview 2-3 times and meet with people at all different levels. Interviews will take 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on how it's going. Also be prepared to tell them about yourself in 30 seconds.

Takes a while. First there is a long questionnaire, then the interview was with STL and their HR and then the DTL and their HR. You usually interview in the region of the job.

The interview process overall was fairly easy. Every interview is all situation, behavior, outcome type scenarios. I started with a phone interview with their recruiter. I than interviewed in person with two Store Managers and than a District Manager with a total of 4 interviews.
