I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Orlando, FL) in Feb 2017
Interview
I attended a university career fair and a week later I got an email asking for an on campus interview. The interviewer asked questions about why do you want to work at Target and then 5 behavioral based questions. That same day I got another email saying I advanced to the second interview which was with a district leader and this was done through FaceTime. They asked similar questions which were also based on the STAR method. Overall, the process went well and it's fairly simple if you prepare answers for those type of questions.

Interview
Process took pretty long with wait time for next interview — about 1 1/2 months.. but other than that, interviews were easy and chill. I believe they only accept juniors and seniors in college.
