      Operations Manager Interview

      9 Nov 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Rialto, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Rialto, CA) in Nov 2016

      Interview

Recruiter contacted me via indeed to set up phone interview he was extremely nice! After the first interview you do a second phone interview which is situational based if you pass that, then you get to go on site for an interview. This was the worst part of my experience the recruiter and HR for the site were awesome! But my interaction with interviewers was terrible it's situations based like the phone interview that's easy , however the interviewers were disconnected looking at their phone and just honestly just didn't care. It's 2:1 format for both , the left me sitting for 45 mins until I ask what was going on because I was ready to leave. It was complete waste of time I came directly from work for this interview. I'm very disappointed with target and the way this interview was conducted. With that being said I'm not expecting an offer which is fine but the interaction could have been so much better.

      Interview

For my internship you start with an online interview answering questions into the camera. Then if they like you, you have a second interview that they send you a packet to prepare with. All of the questions are about what you do in a certain scenario. Majority are management/leadership questions.
