Got called in after applying online, it took 1week to get a call. I arrived 15minutes early, was asked to fill out the questionaire on store computers, I was moved into a small room after I was done, to be intervieed. They asked me "tell me about a time.." kind of questions. After the first interview I was aproved for a second interview, I sat down in the office for the superviser to come in and introduced myself. We then moved to a small office and she asked me more questions. She then offered me a job and we discussed what was expected from a target employe. It was my first interview, just made a lot of eye contact, I messed up but they unterstood how the first time can be,I'm excited to start!
