      ETL Interview

      29 Oct 2011
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target in Oct 2011

      Interview

After posting my resume online, I was contacted via email about 3-4 days later. The recruiter wanted to speak with me on the phone and was very flexible with my work hours. We spoke for about 10 mins and I was asked to go for an interview about 2 weeks later. This all came on a Friday right before I was scheduled to go on a weeks vacation. The recruiter was very cool about me taking a very extra days to complete my online application. While I was on a vacation I had received a voicemail from Target asking if I could interview early, but unfortunately I was still on vacation. So I kept my original appointment and had three back-to-back interviews in the same day, which lasted a total of about 90 minutes. The first with a store lead, the second with the recruiter and another employee, and the third with 2 of their district managers. Each interview consisted of situational questions in which I was asked to describe scenarios I had actually had experience with. After the third interview, the district managers advised me I would get a call within 7-10 days (usually sooner than that) and if they decide to move forward, I will get a call from HR for a final phone interview. It has only been 3 days, so I am still waiting for the news (hopefully good)!
