I had a interview with Target. First 2 members ask me questions--then another 2 members asked me the same questions. I thought I had a good chance at a job offer as I have 18 yrs. of retail experience with Zellers, but they did not give me a job offer.

Interview
The process was surprisingly smooth and modern. I applied online through their portal, and within 48 hours, I received an invitation for a one-way recorded video interview. I was able to record my answers on my own time. About three days later, I got a call from the HR Lead for a quick follow-up chat, and they offered me the position on the spot
