      Interview

      1 coding round + 2 Technical rounds + 1 Managerial round. The coding round will have 5 hackerrank questions. HR said that if you can solve 2-3 problems, you will be called up for next round and I was able to solve 4 of them. I got called for technicals. 1st technical round was mostly focussed on GoLang + system design. After this round, HR called saying that feedback is positive and next round has to be held. Next round was to be taken by the CTO himself. Now this is where it started going bad. The CTO rescheduled the interview multiple times at the last moment due to unavailability. Finally after a couple of weeks of this, he managed to take my round. He was very rude during the interview, very impatient and asking irrelevant questions. After the round, I accepted a job offer from another company and declined calls from their team. Their CTO showed what kind of culture he might be cultivating at the org. Came here on glassdoor and wasn't surprised to see more similar reviews. Good riddance I guess.

      telephonic followed by multiple video rounds. I had one round with junior engineer followed by 2 rounds with senior software engineer and SDM. Last round was with CTO. The CTO kept rescheduling so I declined further last round.

      It was very disgusting process I've seen ever. Firstly they called the candidates who got 75%...and I had 76% and they literally took 2 hours just for certificate verification. They asked us to bring all the original documents and HRs are the most disgusting people here. Thereafter I attended the first round and gotta mail that I cleared that round.. and after 5 days..attended the second round...the time was 5pm evening and understand our problem just sitting there without being called to the interview panel for hours...till 8:15pm we sat in the waiting hall like dumb people.. Most irritating part was this company doesn't even allow the mobile phone in its premises. So we couldn't even inform our parents about the situation. Later, one among the 7 lady HRs came to us saying that we are sorry due to lack of time ur interview is postponed. So we started from the company at 8:30pm. Here comes the mail after 4 more days and we went with a hope that day. Attended the interview answered all the questions confidently by writing 4-5 programs. We didn't get even a regret mail after the process. Very irresponsible HRs I must say.
