The interview process consisted of two technical rounds.
The first round was a virtual interview focused on coding and technical concepts. Although the interview was scheduled at a specific time, there was a delay due to lack of coordination, and there was no response from HR initially. The interviewer eventually joined, and the discussion went well.
The second round was conducted in person and involved in-depth technical discussions. The interview lasted over an hour, and the feedback from the technical panel was positive.
However, the HR process after the technical rounds was highly unprofessional. There was inconsistent communication regarding compensation expectations. Despite prior confirmation that the budget aligned with my expectations, I was later informed otherwise.
A compensation discussion call was scheduled but not honored on time, leading to unnecessary waiting. Even after agreeing to reschedule, there was no proper follow-up from the HR team.
Overall, while the technical interviews were good, the HR coordination and communication significantly impacted the overall experience.
