Very thorough, and most likely you must be an internal candidate to really earn this role. Must have a strong understanding of client specific metrics and kpis. Every program is different so and outside applicant must be very well rounded.

Pretty simple process. they ask a series of questions that are pre built out and on the second in person interview they will ask the same questions to ensure you are answering constantly and not just making things up. on the final interview you will meet with the client and they will most likely extend the offer if everything adds up.
