received an email of interest within a day of submitting a resume online. Completed a short online quiz, more directed to character. Received an invite to schedule an interview with HR which lasted about 15 minutes. HR said they would get back to me "soon". Received a written offer with next steps same day.

Interview
Well, it was a bait and switch to the tune of about $20,000 in salary. HR couldn't explain the comp plan so they basically just lied. Most dishonest group of ill informed people ever. I don't blame HR, they're minimum wage in the meat factory.
