It was pretty easy, they explained everything thoroughly. Very nice interview and very respectful. Loved the entusiasm and the job description as well as the salary, and even more better working from home.

Position required an online customer service skills test, a personality test, a logic/reasoning test, and a college-level Spanish language test. Despite all that, you still have to interact with an AI/automated "recruiter." The assessments took longer than promised, too.
