Applied online, completed skills assessment test and received email to submit an automated phone interview which has a deadline of 24 hours to complete. When you click the link in the email, it asks what hours you can work. One individual mentioned if you can't work any/all shifts, you are automatically disqualified. Not sure is that is the case here or not, it appears it may have been.
Advice to TeleTech - If candidates MUST be available any shift, post the jobs as such and don't waste our time. Also your hourly rates for Technical people is pitiful.... you get what you pay for.
