I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at TTEC (Quezon City, National Capital Region) in Jun 2015
Interview
It’s easier to go as a walk-in applicant than send your resume online. After passing the initial interview, you are required to do call simulation. If passed, you proceed to final interview and getting a list of your required documents to complete before signing the job offer.

Interview

I am a fresher and attended the interview process. The hiring process was well-organized. HR was responsive and guided properly. It is a good opportunity for beginners to start their career.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TTEC (Galveston, TX) in Feb 2026
Interview
The "interview" process was odd and incredibly unfair. You don't speak to anyone - it's just you answering their questions and video recording yourself, answering questions on their assessments, all while your camera is turned on and they (and warn you) snap photos of you along the way to ensure you aren't cheating or switching tabs.
