Interview
Very quick process. I was invited for a screener a few days after applying and then did a phone interview the next day. Interviewer informed me I passed and then I was required to consent to a range of checks including a referee check. My former boss had to do a questionnaire. Once cleared you're sent a letter of offer and contract. Interviewer was really friendly and I feel positive about it.

It's your standard STAR method type questions like describe a difficult situation you overcome, a moment of great customer service, a time you dealt with a particularly vulnerable customer etc.
