I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at TEVET (Greeneville, TN) in Nov 2025
Interview
The interview process was fairly straightforward but involved multiple stages. The first interview is typically with the Director of Inside Sales. If that goes well, you then move on to interviews with team leads and other members of management. The final stage is usually a review/interview with the CEO alongside Tracy and Jerri from the sales leadership team. Overall, the interview experience was professional and conversational, and the company does a good job explaining the role and expectations during the process.
One thing that stood out during the process was the emphasis on performance expectations and pressure to succeed quickly. Tracy makes it very clear that only the best performers will make it long term and even mentions that if you have a family, you should be mindful of the risks involved. While I appreciated the honesty and transparency, it also gave the impression that turnover is high and job stability may depend heavily on leadership perception and short-term performance.

Interview
I first met with HR and then the former marketing manager and sales team. 3rd interview was with the owner and CEO. The questions were standard “tell me more about your background, why are you looking for a new opportunity”
Annoying interview process. 2 tests before an outdated style interview where I was asked “ how to” questions as if they are digging for information from me on suggestions for there crm…not about my history as an admin- the people doing the interview were incredibly awkward not personal at all.
