The interview process was fairly straightforward but involved multiple stages. The first interview is typically with the Director of Inside Sales. If that goes well, you then move on to interviews with team leads and other members of management. The final stage is usually a review/interview with the CEO alongside Tracy and Jerri from the sales leadership team. Overall, the interview experience was professional and conversational, and the company does a good job explaining the role and expectations during the process.
One thing that stood out during the process was the emphasis on performance expectations and pressure to succeed quickly. Tracy makes it very clear that only the best performers will make it long term and even mentions that if you have a family, you should be mindful of the risks involved. While I appreciated the honesty and transparency, it also gave the impression that turnover is high and job stability may depend heavily on leadership perception and short-term performance.
