TD Processor interview questions

mutual fund toronto bay office. they only hire team managers and employee's friends. I was hired as contract basis staff. however they made permanent their friends who had no knowledge . They only provide training to their friends in areas like RESP and RIF, LIF . They don't let others to get trained in this area. so they can show this as a reason to hire their friends. They hire filipino and chinese only lol.
