The process took 3+ weeks. Very professional and personable interviewers. I was invited to do an online personality test and then was contacted by the recruiter for TD. Had a 1:1 interview a week and a half later and a group interview a week after that. Got an offer 3 days after last interview.

Internal application. Received a call in for a panel interview with branch manager and manager of financial service. 1 hour long. Results were in 2 weeks later. Branch manager called to offer the manager of customer service position.

Interview
It is usually a structured interview, but may also be a phone interview. There are usually five questions which are mostly behavioural (what you've done in the past), and some times situational,( a description of what u would do in a specific situation) For this role, questions are related to people management and customer service.
