Systems & Methods interview questions

Phone conversation with HR. HR was polite and called on time. Significant portion of job differs from written description. Expect 12 hour days that begin at 5:30. Application requires responses to: numeric response to expected salary; are you willing to work weekends and holidays; what days are you not available to work; etc. I answered "Sunday" to the day I'm not willing to work and I did not receive an offer. HR rep sent boilerplate decline to proceed email. Overall, overwhelmingly negative experience.
