The interview simply never happened! 2 weeks after I applied I received an email asking to schedule a phone interview. I did so and when the time came, I never got a call. After waiting about half an hour I called the recruiter and left a message asking to reschedule, but got no response. To be honest I was not very shocked, considering the abysmal reviews this company gets on Glassdoor. Nevertheless, it was very unprofessional and rude to waste my time. I wouldn't recommend pursuing a position at SMI.
