Behavioral and situational: ‘Tell me about yourself’, past work challenges, how you troubleshoot issues, communication style, teamwork approach.
Role-specific scenarios: For example, customer support roles might include questions about handling difficult clients or problem-solving under pressure.

The interviewers were very human, spoke at eye level, asked what I studied and what projects I carried out, and what languages I was interested in, told me about the company and what it does.
