There were 15 questions for the Virtual interview, each requiring audio responses. You can exit the interview in the event of an interruption and continue later. There was no length limit for the audios
A generalised topic was given to speak on, if you got selected then a computer based voice recording question answer was conducted. the complete process is completed witin a day.

Three rounds, first an HR round- your first point of contact, then a client interaction round- where you talk to a person presenting themselves as the client who you'll work with through Sutherland, and then a process round where you talk to the manager of the process you're joining.
