During the interiew they ask you your previous work history then watch you navigate throughout a computer to see if your good with creating new folders and backing up files to the folders.

In the initial interview they will be assessing you and what you know regarding the position. After initial, you would be asked to perform a mock call where they will see how you will handle the call and your vocabulary. Lastly, in the final interview you will be asked some personal question.
