Interview
i applied for ESG Research Associate. The interview was normal not so hard, Interviewer was very polite and friendly. There were two rounds of interview which takes almost two hours and in most of the time you will be waiting for next round of interview. One round take about 20 to 30 min including technical and situation based questions.
some of situation based questions like if you got a work which will take at least 3 days to complete but you have only 2 days to submit, then how you manage?
another situation based question like if you are working and there is issue related work with your manager. like you have different Idea that you think is best but manager not getting it then how you can manage that situation
