There were four rounds of interviews, including the final round. After an online assessment, there were two phone calls, one zoom interview, and the in-person final round. It was a mix of technical and behavioral questions.

Why are you interested in quantitative finance, and why SIG in particular?

Received an OA within a couple weeks of applying.
60 mins online assesment, asked a lot of pure logic questions, some dynamic programming and some bayes rule stuff, as well as the standard probability and combinatorics topics.
Took 4 MONTHS to respond with a rejection after OA screen.

4x7 grid, rabbit starts on the top left square. on each turn, the rabbit can move one step down or one step right. how many possible ways are there for the rabbit to reach the bottom right square?
Online Assessment, Recruiter Screen, 2 Technical Interviews, then Final Round. Mostly Green Book and Game Theory. Interviewers were nice and helped out. Just standard probability questions, like Green Book questions.

Lots of Games, some technicals involving data analysis, probability as well as expected value. behavioral interview was discussion with trader. positive experience and nice accommodations but very difficult based on the given time limits and standards
