The interview was on the phone and took about 30 minutes. Some basic questions about my ability and experience were asked and at the end there was a bainteaser question.
Very nice and easy, behavioral and basic questions for the first round then Zoom interview with analyst or associate but overall simple process. Rely a lot on game theory and geometry
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Susquehanna International Group (Bala Cynwyd, PA)
Interview
I applied through campus recruiting and got a phone interview. It lasted about 20 minutes and was mostly behavioral stuff and more specifically why I wanted to do operations. I did not make it to the second round as I did not have a good answer at all for "Why Operations?" as I'm much more interested in S&T.
