I had a very bad experience. My impression was that interviewer was not interested in hiring anybody at all. The guy on the phone was almost sleeping, did not believe anything on my resume and judging be questions was not competent in the C++ or software design in general.
Interview was for position that would require strong C++, but the only technical question that was asked was about re-implementation of stl::string using malloc()/free() and char*.
According to his own story, he had not experience outside of SIG.
Looks like if you know about benefits of expression templates, policy-based design or MPL in C++ you should tone yourself down and talk more like mid-level C developer with huge ego.
