Applied for another position at SIG, then got a call 2 months later for the Operations Analyst Programme that my CV was identified for this position instead. The interviewer was pleasant fairly standard phone behavioral questions. The interviewer did not make it seem that appealing, as they emphasized there is no room for promotion in the role other than staying an operations analyst. The honesty was nice but lack of promotional opportunities in the role along with lackluster pay doesn't make continuing with the process enticing at all. Feels like a role that will trap you in a back-office role with little opportunities for any movement outside of operations.
