Recruiter in SIG reached out to me about the position. The team lead then called few days later and was asking some technical questions with his colleague. He had a rude tone throughout the call, and kept asking detailed questions about SCCM, expecting me to have memorized the menus and tasks instead of moving on, despite me telling him I haven't used the tool in over 2 years. And if I misunderstood the question or digressing a bit, he'd interrupt saying "I'm not asking you about this, I never said this and that". Then when we talked about exposure to certain technologies, I tried to explain I've used the tool but not in work, he then said "first you said you've used it and now you said you haven't". Halfway through the interview I was sure I wasn't going to work under someone with that kind of attitude no matter what they offered me. And to make things even better he hung up before we could say thanks/bye. I am quite pleased that I was able to see what I was getting into before progressing to second stage.
