Interview process starts with a telephonic conversation with the HR. It was a brief discussion over current project roles and responsibilities. Post that, they schedule a telephonic conversation with two of the technical person. That round covered technical areas which went well. After that, they ask me to come over to their office which is located in Bala Cynwyd, PA. They started the interview there with a written technical exam which was very basic then followed by three team interviews with the two-person asking question related to previous projects and few technical challenges I faced. They also did a whiteboard session which I did pretty well. Overall, I was having a very positive feeling. After that, the HR took me on an office tour. After that, there was a silence for almost two weeks and post that I was informed that they don't want to go with me on this position. :) I am not sure what went wrong, but it was a pretty solid interview I did but in the end, it was a bit of hard luck for me.
