Interview
The interview process consisted of an initial phone screen with the in house recruiter. Then followed two office interviews, and then a final phone interview with the head of human resources for the company, who is based in the US.

Asked how to deal with a situation where a candidate is due into the office in 10 minutes, but one or more of the interviewers has not made it to the office yet due to ill health/emergency.

It was a standard phone interview where she asked me questions and then after that informed me about the position. I was well informed about the position which I appreciated, as it was a very thorough overview.

Extremely formal and odd. They’d have one person leave the room then you’d be in the room for 5 minutes sitting there waiting for the next person. Felt like you were in being questioned at a police station

Interview
Pretty straight-forward questions, interviewers were very polite, described company and role very well, was given "project" to complete during interview process which was pretty time consuming. I was also asked "case study" question involving the day-to-day problems an RC might encounter.
