Applied online during college. Passed the online screening process then a phone interview followed. The phone interview consisted firstly of some background information, run through of my resume and why I was interested in the position. Next, the interview moved onto the quantitative section and questions on Bayes theorem and finished with some options trading questions using Bayes' theorem. Interviewer was very helpful on the phone.
