I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Susquehanna International Group in Jan 2013
Interview
They ask a lot of basic probability questions - but your score seems to be determined by how quickly you can get it right - no mistakes. Interviewer seemed intense; would get irritated easily if you make a mistake.
They don't seem to really care much about your skillset, just if you can answer these textbook brainteasers as quickly as possible. I would recommend having them memorized. Also, if you do not play poker or video games, they probably will not hire you.
In hindsight, probably not the best place for me.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Susquehanna International Group (Sydney) in Jan 2026
