Talent acquisition team manager first did a basic elimination round. It was about 20 minutes discussion. She was friendly and nice and explained the role to me. She then asked me how did I feel about the role and how do I think fitting int this position. Process was streamlined and they valued my time as a candidate. Then, I waited for what would be 5-10 minutes and then she asked me to meet a senior Director for another discussion. This discussion lasted for ~30 minutes . Once again, very warm and cordial and started by introducing herself. Then she reiterated about the role. Asked me to walk me through my profile and my role in more detail. Paid close attention to what I was saying and didn't mind repeating if I didn't understand the question or her point.
